We only ship to Australian addresses. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
It's possible to place an order for in-store collection. There is no administration or handling charge for in-store collection.
Generally books purchased from us cannot be returned but we will refund or exchange within 14 days of the received date if goods are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at books@booskandbeyond.com.au with an image of the damaged item and we will send you a replacement or refund your money.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two business days.
